The scooter features front disc and rear drum brakes with a combined braking system. Weighing 104 kg, it has a fuel tank capacity of 5.3 liters. The new Dio 125 comes with an OBD2-compliant engine, LED headlight, idling stop system, and smart key variant with additional features. The shock absorption is handled by telescopic front forks and a preload-adjustable rear spring, ensuring a comfortable ride.
